These 40 minute classes explore the connection between mind and body, helping foster a greater sense of well being. Combining basic Hatha Yoga poses with breath meditation, you will explore how movement and concentration can foster a sense of inner peace and self awareness.

This is a beginner level class designed for students with no prior yoga or meditation experience. Just bring yourself, comfortable free moving clothing, and plenty of curiosity!
