"Road to Woodstock" at the Emerson

Join Emerson Resort & Spa in celebration of Woodstock's 50th anniversary this summer. From July 5-7, a series of events featuring the original Woodstock co-creator, Michael Lang, will occur. The Emerson's "Road to Woodstock" will include special offerings all summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day including thematic CBD-infused spa treatments, tie-dye nail art, signature cocktails at Woodnotes Grille and more. 

The weekend will kick off with a Q&A and reception on Friday, July 5, with Michael Lang, who is also producing the Woodstock50 festival in August with Jay-Z, The Killers, Miley Cyrus, The Black Keys and more. He will share his experiences in organizing the original Woodstock, as well as signing the book he co-authored with Holly George-Warren, "The Road to Woodstock." Wine and desserts will also be included. Reservations are $25 per person.

Through the weekend, July 6-7, the Emerson will feature other events including:
- Village of Woodstock art exhibition, a "Road to Woodstock"
-Panel discussion moderated by Holly George-Warren with musicians, authors and participants in the original festival including Brad Campbell, Jonathan Gould, Gilles Malkine, Christine Oliviera, Andy Shernoff, Juma Sultan and Dr. Rhoney Stanley among others
- Fundraiser for the Woodstock-based Rock Academy Music School
- Outdoor yoga on the pavilion
