More than 2 miles of paved walkways alongside one of the largest reservoirs in the New York City water supply system. Ashokan offers year-round, panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains with several information kiosks along the path that provide visitors with information about the nation's largest water supply, local history, recreation and bald-eagle watching.
